"Virtual consult wasn’t very helpful"
I was disappointed with the virtual consultation. It felt rushed, the answers I got were vague, and by the end I still didn’t really know what I should order. I figured the whole point of the consult was to get some clear guidance, so it just wasn’t a helpful experience for me.

"Not ordering again after surprise customs fees"
Bottom line: I’m not ordering again. The order ended up costing way more than I expected because I got hit with customs/import duties after delivery. I really wish those extra charges had been made clear before checkout, because it completely changed the value of the purchase for me.

I ordered a lehenga from Kalki Fashion last week. The product photos were clear, and the size options were easy enough to find, which is what you’d expect when shopping online. Checkout did go through, but the page was slow a few times, and I had to enter my address again, which was annoying. I also got the confirmation email a bit late. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but for the price, I expected the process to feel a little smoother and the updates to be better.

"The tracking info was confusing..."
The tracking info was confusing. One update would say one thing, then the next looked totally different, and I still couldn’t really tell where my package was. It kind of felt like they were keeping the details vague on purpose so I wouldn’t notice how delayed it was. I had to keep checking over and over, and even then I had no real idea when it was going to show up. For what I paid, I expected much clearer tracking...

I was not that impressed with the designs on Kalki Fashion. A lot of the outfits just felt way too busy, or they were not really my style at all. The colors and cuts looked a bit dated to me too. I was expecting more modern options and better variety, but after a while everything kind of started looking the same. Maybe other people will like it, but for me, the style selection was disappointing.

"Promos were a little confusing"
They have some really nice stuff on the site, and my order went through fine, so no real issue there. I just got a bit confused with the promo... like the discount looked one way while I was shopping, then a little different at checkout. Maybe I missed something, but the terms weren’t super easy to find either. Overall it was okay, I just wish the offers were spelled out more clearly

"Packing could be better"
I expected nicer packing for the price. It came in a regular box. Looked a little messy inside. The cover was wrinkled too. Didn’t feel premium at all. Nothing was damaged, thankfully. But the presentation was disappointing. Especially because it was for a function. They really should pack it more neatly.

"Canceling ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected"
I tried to cancel my order soon after I placed it but the whole process was confusing and took longer than it should have, I ended up having to message support and then wait around longer than I expected, it did get sorted out eventually but it was way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Not what I expected from Kalki Fashion"
I was looking forward to browsing Kalki Fashion because I expected a smooth shopping experience with plenty of nice options to choose from.
But most of the dresses I liked were either out of stock or only available in random sizes. A few items even looked available at first, and then once I clicked on them, they were basically not an option.
Compared to what I expected, it was frustrating. I wish they showed stock clearly upfront instead of making you check each item, because after a while I just got tired and left the site...

I ordered a dress from Kalki my first thought was, “If there’s tracking, I’ll know exactly where it is,” but that wasn’t really the case since the updates weren’t always current. The dress did arrive, just a bit later than I expected. Packaging was fine and nothing was damaged, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I just wish the delivery had been quicker and the tracking a little more reliable

I bought a lehenga for a family function, and it looked really nice for the occasion. The style and options were good, but after a few hours it did start feeling sorta heavy. Delivery was okay, nothing too special. Overall, it’s good for parties, just make sure you check the comfort before buying.

I’m still waiting for my refund, and the most frustrating part is that nobody seems to know who’s actually responsible for handling it. I’ve been passed around and given vague answers, but there’s been no real update or clear ownership from anyone. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a refund sorted.

"Exchange was such a hassle"
The whole exchange process was a mess. It took forever to get a proper reply, and I kept having to chase them up myself, which was super annoying. The instructions weren’t clear at all, so the whole thing felt way more confusing than it needed to be. I literally just wanted a different size, but it turned into this big headache. Not happy with how they handled it, and yeah, I probably won’t be ordering again.

"Felt like no one actually read my messages"
I ordered from Kalki Fashion and had a simple question I needed help with. Customer service took ages to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply didn’t really answer what I asked. It felt like nobody had even read my message, and I had to keep following up just to get anywhere. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

I paid by card and the payment went through fine, but the confirmation took a while to show up. I got a bit worried waiting for the email, because these things always seem to take forever when you actually need them. It did come through later, so it was okay in the end

"Not Quite What I Expected"
I ordered a dress from Kalki and, i’m not sure if I just expected too much from the pictures, but it looked different in person. The color felt a lot duller, the work didn’t look as premium as it did online, and the fit was kind of off on me. Maybe it could work for someone else, but for me, it definitely didn’t match the photos.
